We aim to provide a fantastic quality product, along with a prompt and efficient service to all our customers, which is why customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to LOVE your purchase as much as we love creating it. As our products are Custom Made we cannot offer a return unless the product is faulty.
So please choose very carefully. If your name falls off the wall for any reason at all! Fudge Design cannot be held liable and will not replace your name. Once you choose a product to hang on the wall please read the manufacturers instructions very carefully and follow them correctly to ensure safe and sturdy hanging.
Revamped Site
Thank you for all the suggestions that we have received over the past few years requesting custom design software that customers can create their own name and see what it would look like before purchasing, which they can then order online anywhere in the world. We have now included this facility in our site.
